McKenna Sisson
Tax Associate
McKenna is the newest member of the team and is part of the firm’s tax, bookkeeping, and administrative support team. She also supports Steven Buchanan with wealth management paperwork and client relationships. McKenna recently completed the bachelor’s portion of her combined BS/MS degree in Accounting at the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing her master’s degree while preparing to sit for the CPA exam. She aspires to become a CPA/PFS and obtain investment registrations in the future.
She also holds a Microsoft Excel Expert Certification and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.
McKenna has an outgoing personality and is accustomed to working in demanding environments. She worked as a bartender at Lambeau’s American Kitchen in Highland Village for several years while completing her undergraduate studies.
Outside of work, McKenna enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family.
